The main aspects of the job involved installing bi-folds and constructing a lean-to roof on the rear of our property where a previous builder had ignored the plans and messed it up badly. Somehow, Marcus managed to design a roof that fixed all these problems and now forms a very smart canopy over the bi-fold doors.
I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough and we will certainly be inviting Marcus to carry out other work in the future.

We had “The bespoke orangery Ltd” build our new office spaces outside and also converted the Garage, which has created a lovely new space for our children to use with there friends and family.
From the very start we have been kept up-to-date with what is happening on A day-to-day basis, this helped us to organise our busy schedules with the bespoke team.
Our property was kept clean, tidy and secure throughout and was completed 1week earlier than expected😊which was a bonus with the attention to detail in the finish being fantastic! This again has left us extremely impressed and so we would like to recommend this company to anyone thinking of having any alterations to the house.

We wanted a side extension/annex which needed to be completely disabled friendly and they delivered this perfectly with completely flush flooring throughout and extra wide pocket doors. The pocket doors (pictured) have made such a huge difference to the space and accessibility!
The project manager took all of the stress away from having significant building work done at our home. The team were very friendly and professional throughout the build. The PM kept us up to date at every stage and we never felt like we were being left in the dark.

Many thanks to everyone at Bespoke Orangeries. These guys recently completed the work on our orangery and it has absolutely transformed our house. We can honestly say they have now provided us with the wow factor we were sorely missing.
Initial discussions with Marcus on design and costings were very straightforward and productive. Marcus was more than willing to spend ample time with us offering recommendations as required and using great visual examples of their previous work to help us better understand what we could achieve.
All the guys were professional, courteous, conscientious and generally great fun to have around. Nothing was too much trouble and any supplementary work or minor changes were dealt with on a very timely basis.

We chose The Bespoke Orangery Ltd as there was no “hard sell” and Marcus took the time to listen to what we wanted. We were given a timescale to finish the job and, although we had a couple of days snow during the build, it was completed on time.
Any changes we wanted during the build were accommodated and any problems arising were dealt with calmly and efficiently.

Recently had a 20 year old conservatory replaced by Bespoke Orangeries. What an amazing difference it has made. Lovely and warm. Now able to use our orangery all year round.
Marcus and all the team have exceeded our expectations; excellent communication from start to finish; professional, punctual, tidy, reliable, hard working, respectful.
Excellent Project manager who oversaw progress and standards and shared a timetable to ensure we knew what was happening each day, and the job was finished on time. Small number of snags were remedied promptly with no hassle. In fact recently a minor problem which we notified at on the WhatsApp group at 5.30 pm resulted in a visit at 8.30 the following morning from the project manager who resolved the snag.
Would recommend without hesitation and already intend to use them again.

A massive thank you to everyone at Bespoke Orangeries. We have recently had an Orangery extension to our new build home and I can honestly say this has now transformed our kitchen in to a beautiful family space.
We had initial discussions with Marcus, who was able to provide his expert advise and recommendations on the Orangery design. We had to make a few alterations during the design phase and Marcus was happily able to accommodate for these and also ensured that the cost remained close to our budget. Marcus set a brilliant example at the first meeting and was really professional.

Having an orangery was a massive decision for us. First we had a number of quotations to see how much and if at all possible our ideas would work , I have to say from day one Marcus was the only one from any company who actually listened to us, he quoted as per our idea he then along with the team suggested only improvements . Every member of the team led by the project manager have been courteous hard-working clean and a pleasure to have around the house. We always wondered if an Orangery or conservatory would take up too much of the garden but our brand-new Orangery/garden room is superb better than we even dreamed.
At no time did we feel awkward asking for a change in plan or advice , everyone has been tremendous in their work ethics. Members of the team arrived early in the morning and started usually at 8 o’clock and worked all day. The project was ahead of schedule at no time were we pressed for the schedule payments however it was nice to get up to date invoices as we went along. So we can only say a massive thank you and we are over the moon to leave a well deserved 5 stars for your dedication professionalism and all round great team. We highly recommend this company. We first came across Marcus in 2017 when we needed someone to carry out remedial roof works following a previous building project that didn’t exactly go to plan. Marcus was prepared to take on the job and I have to say did he an excellent job. In 2019 we approached Marcus with our plans to build a full length side extension to our bungalow. The work included a kitchen orangery, utility room and a double bedroom with ensuite with a planned 9-12 week timescale. Despite some weather disruption Marcus and his team managed to keep the job on target for completion. Whenever we had any issues they were always quick to respond. Having previously experienced building work carried out by a very poor builder we have to say this was a totally different and much more pleasant experience. At all times Marcus and his team were professional, hard working and courteous and we would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them. We now have a fantastic kitchen orangery, and my daughter has a fabulous bedroom with ensuite.

They are experts in their field and at the same time all a great friendly bunch; who cleaned up each day; so having them around for the length of the project (which fell within the specified time line given in the form of a professional week by week gant chart ) was not a bind. Any queries were answered quickly and thoroughly. Quality of materials, level of insulation & the structure exceeded our expectations. A comment from someone we know in a similar field was “the best they have ever seen” so you don’t get much better recommendation than that.

The experience that I had with Bespoke orangery was outstanding to say the least. From the beginning, till the end, the attention to detail and the way the work was executed -was amazing. As a busy professional, I wanted to have the least hassle possible in this. Again, the whole process was done so well. The project was a bespoke in its true extent with a hybrid conservatory/orangery which suited the area well. The amount of light , roof and the ambience it created was outstanding in its final product. Please feel free to see the images with the team. On the whole from the way the foundation was done and then the flooring, windows and frame and finally the frame and roof went in it was brilliant.
